At Doug Brady HiFi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio equipment; if you are not, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Contact Our Support Team

  Email or call our specialist team to notify us of your return request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Equipment

  Carefully pack your hi-fi components in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Showroom

  Send your package via a tracked and insured courier service to our Warrington showroom address, clearly marking the RMA number on the outer shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the unit to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
