Unlike traditional clamps, the Pro-Ject Record Puck Classic operates with weight, utilising heavy (often metal) materials to weigh down the label section of your record around the spindle. This results in a secure bond with the rotating platform, eliminating slippage and enhancing speed accuracy.

We recommend heavy weight clamps for RPM, Signature & Xtension series turntables. For smaller turntables (e.g. E1, T1, Debut etc.) we recommend using lighter pucks or Clamp it.
